OCD DAILY - Issue #28

Welcome to the 28th issue of @OCD Daily!

Issue #28 highlights content from eight (8) flourishing Steemit Content Creators! The OCD team on its journey continues to search tirelessly throughout Steemit for undervalued gems as provided by relatively new users.

Today our (20) curators, under our steadfast leader, @acidyo, have delivered eight wonderful pieces of original content to share with you! These works as provided by newer steemit users don’t have the audience in which their content deserves. @OCD strives to provide that audience and to showcase Steemit users that put in the effort to create quality content.

The nomination process
A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users), within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the @ocd team, votes tallied and the pieces with the most votes are placed into the compilation.

We encourage you to visit these blogs and to show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.

If you enjoyed their work give them a Follow or maybe even say hello

All of the content as chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is seen as universally appreciated and valued making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.

Today’s top nomination as curated by @Cem: @Stillgideon wants you to know that sometimes the road “they” don’t want you to travel is actually the best road for your journey. Any good craftsman from a painter, carpenter or even a guitar maker can tell you while they may get paid a lot or a little they find it to be cathartic. There is just something so mesmerizing about the building process from start to finish as it detracts the things that just don’t matter. Click HERE if you’d like to see his guitar making process and go into greater depth as for where the process takes him as a whole.

Our Second Piece as curated by @Anomadsoul: @Alexander.alexis says there has been a change over the years in regard to what the ideal body is in relativity to men for the most part. He takes us on a journey that spans several decades and give definition to what the societal norms have dictated. In short, some prefer things one way while others do not. Click HERE to make your own judgment call as it is a really well thought out argument and worth taking a look.

Our Third Piece as curated by @Elteamgordo: @Lindahas wants you to know that the only way to experience freedom is to be free itself. She’d taken a trip to a part of the world that wasn’t deemed safe for locals let alone visitors to the nation. To most people you plan a vacation around the hope based on what others have told you. The problem with this is that hope doesn’t extend its welcome matt to your timeline. Click HERE if you’d like to see what it means to take charge of your own destiny one feat at a time.

Our Fourth Piece as curated by @Clevercreator: @Prowebwriter doesn’t want people to go on with the belief that they can’t be the next Stephen King or J.K. Rowling because they don’t have the money to publish their book. Instead of merely voicing her concern she would like to help writers publish their work at the low low cost of zero dollars. Even though this posting is the second part of an ongoing series it is in fact rather thorough and provides a lot of great information. Click HERE if you’re done making excuses and want to get what could be the next bestselling novel out to the world.

Our Fifth Piece as curated by @Chiefmappster: @N3bul4 wants us to look further into our ability to relate with the animal kingdom. Have you ever had interactions with an animal before big or small? More than likely you have and in most cases you can understand the language of that animal. For example, a dog can bark and given the pitch change and duration of that sound you can understand that dog. Click HERE if you’d like to get a better understanding of the animal kingdom through communication.

Our Sixth Piece as curated by @Kryptik: @Americancarnage believes the world has gone soft and what its really been missing is a good serial killer. Stories are told of a time not long ago in which kids could enjoy a nice treat of ice cream and watch their favorite serial killer on the late night talk show. Nowadays people are playing on their phones without a care in the world or making new recipes from avocado. When is it all going to stop? When will the great thrills and frills of yesteryear’s good killer return? Click HERE to see if any advancements had been made in correcting this tragedy against history.

Our Seventh Piece as curated by @Dorman: @Steemmate wants to talk about something a lot of people are fearful of but need to because it has impacted society for so long. First Magic Johnson got it, then Eazy-E died and if you don’t know what I’m talking about that’s HIV. We’ve all heard of it but most don’t know how it comes to be. You can only walk the world with blinders for so long. Click HERE if you’d like to remove your blinders and be more aware in something we should all know.

Our Eighth and Final Piece as curated by @Howtostartablog: @Residual wants you to know the history of how we made it to the age of digital cinema. Before Betamax and the VCR movie, tv studios and movie theaters had an absolute monopoly on the market. Although major networks and studios exist the medium and ability to get media to the people has made it into an open market. Click HERE to see why you should be thanking Sony as if not for them we wouldn’t have the coveted Netflix and chill.

Thanks for stopping by as this concludes today’s OCD Daily. We would like to congratulate the authors nominated as well as those featured.

Hopefully, you were able to take away something different, fresh, and new from the pieces as provided by the @ocd curators.

The OCD team would also like to thank those that strive to make a difference. As anyone can create a posting but only some can create/build value.

Be sure to check for tomorrow’s edition of OCD Daily!

Keep up the good work creating original content
