Welcome to the 301st issue of @OCD Daily!
Issue #301 highlights content from ten (10) Steem Content Creators! The OCD team continues its search throughout Steem to find you the undervalued gems, as provided by relatively new users.
Today our curators found ten (10) new pieces of original content! We strive to find works that are created by newer Steem users, that may not have the audience with which to share their quality content. @OCD strives to help provide that audience and intends to showcase Steem users who put in the extra effort to create creative, original content.
The @OCD nomination process
A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users). Within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the @OCD team, curator votes are tallied, and the pieces with the most votes are included in the compilation.

Its sakura season (Cherry Blossom) in Japan but who would have thought Finland would have them as well? @taco.cat is taking us to the special cherry blossom festival in Finland. They show us how the day started from their accommodation then on the way to the venue. Lot’s of people were making their way there. Although the scenery is not as grand as in Japan but it was a fun day out! There were also many stands selling Japanese products and food which was great for locals to understand the culture in Japan.

@onetin84 reminds us of the probably coolest STEEM marketing thing on this planet - the "Steem Whale" in Harlingen, Netherlands., founded by the father of Steemfests, @roelandp. We are talking about a huge whale made out of metal who has the ability to start spraying his water fountains at everyones command. How to do that and what possibly could be made better is explained in this post by @onetin84.

We live in times where technology is a great part of everyone's lives. However, sometimes it seems to take over and overwhelm us. How to find balance between staying connected and enjoying physical world as well? @wildhomesteading would love to spend mire time in the garden and nature, but struggles a lot with finding the balance between the two. Perhaps an app that make us to focus more can be helpful?

Who hasn't heard about the magnificent Joshua Tree National Park? It's certainly on my bucket list! This post describes part of the road towards the park - what I like most about the post is that there's already so many pictures of the Joshua Trees before they @wanderingagorist arrived at the park. Also: scroll through the post a bit, there's one shot of a Joshua Tree that is so incredibly tall - must have been a challenge to take a picture of it whole!
