Almost all toxic genetic material that is in our bodies comes from the breakdown of cells within. This breakdown can accumulate in nodules all through the body or tumors ready to be used for cell regeneration or gotten rid of by natural detoxification process.
Sometimes the accumulation of these genetic free radicals can come from absorption of genetic antigens from the environment from other people or from toxic genetic material directly injected into the body usually by "vaccines".
One thing everyone should understand is that anytime a cell goes through the endocytosis process it will read any genetic material within the antigen. The cell does not get hijacked; the cell activates its cell machinery and starts transcribing instructions to make antibodies to specific and common toxic antigens and for the collection and removal of the toxic antigens out of the body.
This process resembles virus reproduction but actually the cell is making healthy healing viral proteins and then ultimately they are packaged within an exosome as the endosome buds out through the cell membrane which causes cell differentiation, where now the cell will convert into a new "antigen presenting cell" aka "antibody cell" ready to combat and collect the flood of specific antigens.
During this process the cells will continue sending signals out of the antibody cell via different types of signalling RNA exosomes.

First we need to understand that all antigens that go through endocytosis are not "infecting" the cell; this a natural absorbing mechanism to break down the antigens into ATP (energy or cell currency molecules) to rebuild proteins by using the amino acids from this breakdown of antigens.

However, when genetic material is recognized by the cell within the antigen, the antigen is not hijacking the cell at all the cell is activating its machinery as normal but carries out a slightly different process using the major Histocompatibility complex domains for the purposes of creating antibodies within the cell and then releases these antibodies to go and clean up the toxic genetic free radicals "prions" all over the body particularly in the blood although it uses the blood vessels to flush out the poisons.
