I agree that is crap. It's a junk post and then they get the comment rewards too. That is not the way to fund projects. Others struggle to make a few bucks.
I've said many times that Hive is flawed, but it's still better than most alternatives. Creating drama just drives people away, but I will stick with it and support people who I see doing good stuff.

I sort of get what POSH is trying to do, but it's not like we are getting thousands of new people who actually stick around on Hive. Activity levels are pretty stagnant.
