Oh la la! It's the end of the month already. April (like any other month) seems to have flown by. Thank goodness we have several mementos from it (them), proving things happened while they passed.😁
Anyway, we had a hectic and headache-inducing midweek in DD. The hubby and I were busy most of the day, keeping our hands dirty at the yard with Mr. K. It rained early, so we moved to the storage, organizing and clearing the mess.
My FIL kept calling for things, which annoyed the hubby, who wasn't in the mood to be chatty. It's just that he tends to be their "go-to" for everything, and that takes a toll on him at times. Well, he cooled off after I suggested he contact the aggregates and let them take care of the rest.
So all good.
After dinner, we tried to trace a large sum, which we discovered was missing when we reconciled records for two of the boys. Oh gosh, it gave us a nasty headache. So we headed to bed since it was already late.
It will surface soon enough," I thought. Thank goodness it didn't bother us. We slept soundly.
Random photo during one of our tripsAnd we will be on the road real soon, heading to the capital for a delivery and some errands, to visit my second sister (we've seen each other at Mom's anniversary, but it feels like a long while already), and maybe do whatever else comes to mind while there. So as usual, we brought some extra clothes and stuff, just in case we decided to spend the night away from home.
Who knows, we might go wild and take a drive further down to the lowlands to visit recommended aluminum centers for our next project. We'll see. Until then, we'll enjoy the ride to the city.

I wonder how accurate what I heard that when it rains during the dry season where you live, such rains are usually strong (often causing floods) but last only for a (very) short time !INDEED. 🤯😅
