Hello everyone!
This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.
Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Let me say something about myself. My name is Mary Rose, my family and closest friends call me "queen" or "Kwin". It is my nickname given by my mom since I was born on September 8, which is Mother Mary's birthday in the catholic religion. Thus, giving me the nickname "queen".

Blissful greetings to all Hive Cebu Bloggers. My name is Aireen Yray, but I prefer to be called Yray. Honestly, I actually don’t hate that name (Aireen), its just that it is intolerable for me. Might ask why? Since it is somewhat the same as my mother’s name, which is Irene. I know that in the Philippines about 50% of the population call people by their last names, so I figured, yeah why not call me Yray instead. It sounds like a surname plus it has a distinct personality to it clinging authority, or power even.

Behind her tough exterior hides a dainty girl with a soft heart for her friends and loved ones. She is also empathetic and considerate of other people’s needs/emotions but she does not neglect her own. You would like to meet a girl like her because she makes you feel good about yourself.🅽🅸Ñ🅾 – have you ever known a girl who has a boy name? This lady here is living proof that it could be possible to have a boy name even if you are a girl or the other way around. Her name has a lot of story to tell but to make it short, she is an answered prayer baby and her parents decided to name her after the patron saint of cebu, Sr. Sto Niño. Amazing right? Well, she has a lot of stories to tell you that you’ll be interested to hear with.

My Name is MACHI, I am from the Igbo tribe in Nigeria and my name means GOOD WORK OF GOD, well that’s because my birth was MIRACULOUS. I think I Should digress a bit and tell you a Story about my birth and why my mom chose that name for me, should I?... I’ll assume you said “yes please, go ahead” so here goes my birth story: On the 25th of May 1998(not so much of math, so do the calculation and know my age, lol), I was born in the bathroom where my mom went to have a bath, and because I was exposed to cold after birth, I got sick and that was the beginning of pain and restlessness for both my mom and I. According to this story told to me by my mom, she said after so much health crisis she had to take me back to the hospital where I was confirmed dead.

My name is Evanson Evanson, you could be wondering “why two of the same name?” well, I asked the same question too. It is actually a family name, my parent decided to name me after my granddad so I had my name Evanson and my grand dad’s name Evanson and that brought about Evanson Evanson.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.
Onboarder Application
OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. For more information about this program, please refer to this post.
If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:
- Your Hive username.
- The types of users you will be inviting.
- The reason why you want to be part of the onboarding program.
Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!
Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
