Well @OneLoveDTube has been my “Blossom” for quite some time and I feel we are moving towards producing real fruits of our labour but we may need a little help!

We came together, many have come and go, many contribute but none IMO have fully been rewarded for their efforts. When I say none I mean all of us whom founded the community all the way down to the graphics created for us by members. I wish for this to change, our developers need incentives, our active members need encouragement, our team needs support. Currently though receiving subscription fees for our IPFS Service we work from the kindness of our hearts. Fees are saved for the sake of sustainability thus anything donated to @OneLoveDTube or @Graylan is greatly appreciated.
We decided not long ago to take a solid move towards sustainability of our projects while also taking a firm step into manual curation. Our efforts have been well received and our team members are happy with their roles. Who wouldn’t love the ability to throw the #OneLoveDTube community trail around? Our tech guys are seeing their dreams become reality and I am watching that “blossom” begin to open!
How could it get much better then that? I am using my personal accounts growth to support our curators while also encouraging them to create curation posts. This is for further outreach of the community and support for themselves. I wish for all our active members to feel satisfied with their roles within our community and they have taken on a very important one! I am very happy to see them so quickly gaining support and positive feedback for their efforts.
Sure 20k SP for trying to reward our developers is nothing but the support we receive is very satisfying when realized they are the backbone. Our manual discord trail would not exist without them, never mind the uploader! We would not be hosting video files for members allowing for longevity of the videos. We would not be pushing into the crypto online market space with our webpages. It’s the recognition for what they are holding up as the backbone that will be their reward. Knowing people value their efforts as much as they see the need for them!
