They were sold out in November. You can go to the NFT showroom and find a few for sale if you really want one. They're not cheap though.
When PsyberX was still a concept they were selling LVL tokens to fund development. If you bought at least 300,000 you got the Tier 3, which is what I did. Tier 2 and Tier 1 were over 1M I think.
