MammothVerse Kamastikra Blending Guide

Hello fellow Mammoths,

I have now heard a lot from all sides that the blending mechanic is a little bit confusing.
Thus we have decided to create this guide for you.
We will take a deepdive into blending where to explain how it works and how you should go about it.

What is blending?

When we talk about Blending, we talk about "burning" one or more NFTs to mint a new one.
This can be a simple 1-1 blend to fix metadata issues and misprints as well as utiity and exclusive blends depending on the project and the blend intention.

What is the benefit of blending in Kamastikra?

There are multiple phases and benefits to Kamastikra Blending:

The first phase is the staking blend. (currently active)
The second Phase is the storyline blend. (coming soon)
The third and last phase is the gameplay blend. (becomes available on game release)

I will explain the utiity of each of the phases separately:

1. The staking blends.

The staking blends will be burning your low Staking value NFTs to provide you with a high staking value Perfect Blend.

The goal of this blending mechanic and the staking of these NFTS is to Mint the Myth token and slowly increase the token volume as well as give our community access to the Myth rank tokens which will have sustainable utility for a long time to come.

2. The storyline blends.

The storyline Blends will depict the journey to agartha of our Kamastikra characters.
Who they were, how they got there and what they have become...
The storyline Blends will be blending up your perfect NFTs or your Blended NFTS together with some storyline NFTs and will increase your staking values by another level.

3. The gameplay blends.

The exact mechanic of the gameplay blends is yet to be defined, but in essence it will allow you to get your p2e characters for the game.

How does blending work?

Step 1: You need to go to neftyblocks:

Step 2: You need to identify which blend you have the materials for by going through those that are available:

Ultimate:
(1 of each double Pairing NFT for the same rarity + Ultimate Background Card) - 4 NFT Blend

Unpaired:
(characters in all locations and all positions except their own + background + blending map) - 10 NFT Blend

Step 3: Get the necessary Blending materials and put it all together

Let's do one ultimate and one Unpaired example.

We'll do the Ultimate Rosetinted Mythic Cosmos Blend:

For this we need 4 Ingredients:

  1. The Mythic double pairing of Location and Characters - Mythics in any position (except doggystyle) in the Cosmos with a rose tinted animation
  2. The Mythic double pairing of Characters and Position - Mythics Doggystylin' in any location (except Cosmos) with a rose tinted animation
  3. The Mythic double pairing of Location and Position - Any Characters (except Myrthics) Doggystylin' in Cosmos with a rose tinted animation
  4. The Ultimate Edition Background Card

Step 4: Click on auto select and let it determine the most apropriate ingredients

Step 5: Click on Blend and enjoy your High Staking NFT :)

Now we'll go through steps 3-5 again for the Unpaired Rose Tinted Mythic Blend:

The result will be the same:

However this time, we need 10 ingredients:

  1. An Unpaired Mythics Cowgirling position NFT - the location can be any except Wild west & Cosmos with a rose tinted animation
  2. An Unpaired Mythics 69 position NFT - the location can be any except Spacemoon & Cosmos with a rose tinted animation
  3. An Unpaired Mythics Princessin' position NFT - the location can be any except Castle & Cosmos with a rose tinted animation
  4. An Unpaired Mythics Goddesin' position NFT - the location can be any except Heaven's Gate & Cosmos with a rose tinted animation
  5. An Unpaired Mythics in the Wild West NFT - the position can be any except Reverse Cowgirl & Doggystyle with a rose tinted animation
  6. An Unpaired Mythics in Spacemoon NFT - the position can be any except 69 & Doggystyle with a rose tinted animation
  7. An Unpaired Mythics at the Castle NFT - the position can be any except Princess & Doggystyle with a rose tinted animation
  8. An Unpaired Mythics in Heaven's Gate NFT - the position can be any except Goddess & Doggystyle with a rose tinted animation
  9. The Cosmos Background NFT
  10. A Blending Map to fuse all of the ingredients together - Since this is a rosetinted blend, you need the rare Blending map

After executing Step 4 it should look a little something like this:

Step 5: Congratulations! You've had twins:

Step 6: Rinse and repeat for all the characters and all blendable NFTs

Make sure to verify that all the conditions for a slot are fulfilled when you trade for nfts that should be used in one or the other slot. :)
