    Definitely... Don't buy it for that crazy price... they didn't do any distribution yet and there are no rewards that got paid out...

          Yes you can also write posts about Rising star. It's less popular than Splinterlands posts at the moment but the tribe is only 7 days old. That's why also that there are no tokens on the market. Once first payouts are due, prices will come down quite quickly I believe.
