Saludos queridos terrícolas! Mi nombre es Maho Monroy, soy cantante y estoy iniciándome en el mundo de Hive. Como una de mis primeras publicaciones quise participar en este “Hive Open Mic” semana 58.
Estoy muy agradecida con @arunimabiju haber propuesto un tema tan interesante como “Recuerdos”. Cuando pensé en un tema que contuviera la esencia y energía que lleva esa palabra no pude evitar pensar en Adele, quien es una de mis intérpretes favoritas.
Greetings dear earthlings! My name is Maho Monroy, I'm a singer and I'm just starting in the world of Hive. As one of my first publications I wanted to participate in this "Hive Open Mic" week 58.
I am very grateful to @arunimabiju for coming up with such an interesting topic as "Memory". When I thought of a topic that contains the essence and energy that carries that word, I couldn't help but think of Adele, who is one of my favorite performers.
Por eso esta semana he querido interpretar uno de sus temas más emblemáticos, el cual expresa la más profunda de las melancolías al tener ese capricho recurrente de perdernos en nuestros recuerdos para pensar en lo que hubiese sido.
Por mi parte, siempre es mejor quedarse con lo bonito, con el aprendizaje, y con lo que nos da vida. No es un buen hábito pensar en el pasado si lo que se quiere vivir es el presente. Pero esa sensación de nostalgia tiene que encontrar lugar en algún sitio para poder transformarse, y es eso precisamente lo que hace este tema tan especial. Con ustedes, mi interpretación de “Someone like you” de Adele. Espero la disfruten.
That's why this week I wanted to play one of his most emblematic songs, which expresses the deepest melancholy when we have that constant whim of getting lost in our memories to think about what would have been.
For my part, it is always better to keep the beautiful, the learning, and what gives us life. It is not a good habit to think about the past if you want to live in the present.
