Cool the end product turned out really good. That's an elaborate production method though, mixing audio in premier then adjusting in audition. I used to use audition to multitrack but now I just use it to remove room noise etc. It's much easier to record in a daw (ie free cakewalk or reaper) those daws allow you to see the time code on where each track comes in then you can align video with audio in premier just by taking note of the time code in each program.

I highly recommend cakewalk, it makes things so much easier. It's pretty easy to get used to as well if you know audition already.
