I do not have any of those labor saving food preparation devices, and don't really miss them. If I was cooking larger batches, I might. But a minute of knife work beats 5 minutes of washing a food processor.
However, cooking with gas or electricity is a huge boon in time savings and convenience.
I would suggest putting spaces in between sentences. And use carriage returns to separate paragraphs. It is hard to read one big huge block of text.
