Till now I believed that yellow carrot are ow in nutrition, may be these are yellow because they did not get too much nutrients in the soil. But now I studies here that orange carrots contains beta-carotene, and in our body beta-carotene is converted to Vitamin A, which have many health benefits especially for eyes. Such carrots are one of the best source of vitamin A.
