Actually it is not a movie, but a roadmap to hell (where you see all different judgement is taken place). You usually only see this on a Taoist funeral service. It was widely practiced in Malaysia, I am not certain is it still displayed because it shows different sin has different judgement.
Thieves have their hands chopped, liars their tongues cut off, and some the soul is deep fried in a wok for something I cannot remember, etc.
And the worst sin goes straight to the 18th level of Hell (no return).
Taoist Chinese culture believes when one dies, he / she is taken by the Guards with the head of ox and horse most of the time they are "chained", but they also get a chance for re-incarnation (start again in life on earth) if their sins were not overly severe and their lives are judged once again.
