It is important to highlight that with the appearance of the blockchain and the cryptocurrencies the technology has had a huge advance, having great importance in the Internet since it has an infrastructure with the capacity to support a large amount of data through the different applications that use this technology.
To have a little more knowledge it is important to talk about the IOT which is not the Internet of all things, with an undetermined open network and there is a great amount of applications or devices created to be used for the consumption in IOT, can be named some examples of consumption in which are automobiles, appliances, health and medicine, home, entertainment, transportation, among other things.
This wide variety of consumer applications has generated a great demand at the marketing level, whether business or individual, creating a possible future problem of capacity and security, since the large number of personal devices is likely to lose control of this large amount of data.
There are a lot of possible solutions for this problem that have to do with the dependence of data in the cloud however it is unpredictable since in the end it will be necessary manual help for its operation; this is why observing the security problems and the large amount of data in the applications or devices there is a new decentralized blockchain technology that was created to solve these problems of the IOT network improving its efficiency and that is IONChain.
¿What is IONChain ?
IONChain is a new ecosystem based on blockchain technology that will help the development of the IOT network allowing the control of data in great mass and in a more secure way by its own users, with the implementation of this protocol a variety of devices will be created (DAPP ).
Benefits of IONChain
1.- Each device is a mining machine
This will facilitate the economy of the Internet of all things since in this ecosystem all devices act as mining machines since when they connect they will calculate the thrown algorithms and they will receive tokens in return as a reward this will depend on quantity and quality of algorithm calculations .
2.- A device, a code, a currency
These terms have their meaning that will help to better understand how they are delivered, where the Device represents all those IOT devices that participate in this ecosystem; Code this code is the one that the user chooses to be identified in addition to serving as a wallet within the network; Currency is the cryptocurrency used by this system that is IONC.
The Foundation IONChain
The IONChain Foundation is a non-profit foundation that operates in Singapore since the beginning of 2018. The foundation holds firm the vision that our future society will be more connected and interactive. The foundation funds the IONChain Research Center, whose main task is to investigate new technological advances to improve the IoT connection. The IONChain Foundation is currently developing IONChain, a public block chain that will be used in combination with the IoT technology. IONChain aims to solve a range of problems with existing networks of IoT in terms of data security, data flow, data sharing and data transactions, thus improving the efficiency of the entire ecosystem of IoT. The IONChain Foundation will supervise the development of IONChain and its industrial application. It will also regulate the evaluation of the IoT data in the initial stage, the community voting mechanism of the IoT data valuation in the later stage, as well as the circulation of currencies in the IONChain ecosystem. These tasks will be carried out in such a way that the IONChain ecosystem can evolve rapidly into an autonomous entity that operates without human interference.
IONC
The IONC specifications are the following, in order to have a consensus within the ecosystem using the Proof of Stake algorithm, this satisfies every need of IONChain since it is based on the chain of blocks. This transaction is carried out through an intelligent contract to avoid any inconvenience that alters this ecosystem, it blocks the currency if an anomaly is detected in the transaction, in addition there are penalties for those who are discovered in something illegal.
The total IONC supply is set at 800 million. The blocking time is set to 10 seconds on average, but will be elastic according to the demand in the network. There will be difficult readjustments, however, these will be implemented only with the consensus of the community. Masternodes starts at 5 million IONC and you will receive a higher return for betting more coins. Details on this will be published after the mainnet has been sufficiently tested with our industry partners.

Technical Architecture IONChain
This architecture tries to manage data transactions by creating a new method based on the creation and transaction of values called ** IONIZATION **. Its objective is to separate these two processes to adapt to the IOT industry. Each process will be divided into several layers that ensure that this is effective and safe.
The creation of value will be divided into four different layers: Generation, Verification, Evaluation and Confirmation.
Value generation encompasses IoT Connected IoT devices and Edge Computing centers near the device. All devices will have a standardized IONChain protocol and a unique IONChain identification code, which includes device manufacturer information, device identification and other related information. The information is stored in the device and encrypted with a zero knowledge test algorithm. IoT devices can be used as a mining machine, and the information from them can produce IONC coins after certain algorithm verification. All IoT devices integrated in IONChain communicate through an IMQTT protocol customized by IONChain. The MQTT protocol was initially developed by IBM for communication between IoT devices; However, it does not include the value transfer layer. IONChain adds the value transfer function over the MQTT protocol, creating the IMQTT protocol. With the use of the IMQTT protocol, IoT devices can not only exchange data, but also perform the transfer of values.
The transfer of values will be divided into six different layers: application, service, IONChain protocol, intelligent contracts, blockchain and data storage.
The application layer refers to the IONChain user interface layer, and will use a representational state transfer API (REST) interface based on the hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP). The service layer refers to the layer that will be used to communicate between the internal modules. In general, this layer will not be open to end users or node owners, although this might be an option in the future. The IONChain protocol layer is the term used to address all the central protocols that IONChain has implemented in its ecosystem, such as its consensus protocol, network protocol, currency exchange protocol, etc.
One of the most important layers is the intelligent contract layer, which forms the bridge between the block chain and the application. This ensures that users can legally and safely use the data stored in the block chain. The blockchain layer speaks for itself, it is the core of the IONChain ecosystem. The final layer is the data storage layer. It uses the Interplanetary File System (IPFS) in combination with BigChainDB to facilitate decentralized data storage.
