dapp.com is a great place to search for apps built on the blockchains. Decentralized for the builder yes, for the user, not even close.
The blockchains themselves can be considered decentralized but everything I've seen built on them are highly highly centralized, even governed. Democratizing means centralizing but believe what you want. Unless you built it and its yours, you are less free in web3 than web2. Be educated in baskets if your seeking a place to hide your eggs.
