The Barn Owl is absolutely one of my favourite birds - they are such gorgeous creatures! This one is a rescue, living at the Howel Nature Center (MI, USA). Every year the center hosts photography days as a fundraiser, allowing you the chance to get up close and personal.
Handsome for an owl.
