I use P3T (started when contract was at 2.7 million) and have been monitoring the contracts and GitHub activity. This seems legit with active real users regularly re-investing which is what keeps it alive. The link to the contract on the site doesn't work properly. See real time contract activity for Daily ROI here (all that is changed is i swapped out the word contract, for address in the url given by the site.
