I decided to share another deck idea I had today and the format for this deck is Commander. Commander otherwise known as EDH or Elder Dragon Highlander is a Magic The Gathering format in which you have a deck based around one general(legendary creature) and 99 other cards. I gave myself a challenge by putting together a mono blue deck with little to no counter spells as well as a tribal theme I don't see too often.I decided on Sea Creatures and this is what I made I also tried to stick to a budget of around a 100$.
