Excellent recipe, I would never have imagined that it could be prepared with dried fruit. Do you have a dehydrator at home?

hahaha, Necessity teaches... I tried to give it a shot one day when I ran out of fresh mango, and I was very pleasantly surprised.
No, we don't have a drying oven, we farm mango's and they get sent off to the market, juicing factory, drying factory or atchar industry wherever the market offers best. Often we will get some of the dried mango from the place that dries them, and after a while you get tired of eating it LOL
But I still didn't want what we had to go to waste
