I am sorry to hear this. This kind of abuse is really not good especially on small accounts so am quite sure those dudes dont want to make steem/steemit to grow. As the result on HF so far, the price of steem never went up and thats the fact.
The most sad part is stopping the account means his success of downvoting and it sucks.
I really don't care this DV and still happy to receive upvotes :)
