Musa I or Mansa(Sultan) Musa. From the correct notes of historical figures he was the tenth Mansa, which is a mandinka word and translated in meanings to a glorious "sultan", " a great conqueror",or "emperor of a vast land",of the wealthiest Islamic manden kurufaba also known as Mali Empire of West African . The time when Musa was taking a rise to own the throne, the his Malian Empire consisted of a vast territory landwise formerly belonging to an area as commonly kniwn as in the present day the Ghana Empire. He had held a lot of titles on his behalf like, including "as a muslim leader he was known as Emir of Melle", " the world also know him as Lord of the Mines of Wangara", " most famously known for as Conqueror of Ghanata", and so many others. On his behalf he was also the conquerror of more 24 cities, each situated in near surrounding of districts containing small villages and estates.At the time of his reign on Mali Empire, they were known as the largest gold miners and producers in all over the world; the makes Mali as a point of exceptional demand for the gold commodity and was one of the countless richest people in history. Intro Of Musa I or Mansa(Sultan) Musa

In an old Western manuscripts and literature Musa Keita was also reffered as Mansa Musa and know for different other names like Kankou Musa, Kankan Musa, and Kanku Musa. "Kankou" is a being famed for a papular Manding female name, due to this Kankou Musa is being read by the historians as

"Musa whose mother was Kankou".

He was born on (c. 1280 – c. 1337). Musa was a very well known devoted muslim amongst muslim world at the time of his reign on Mali. Most part of his life he spent in regional growth of Islam and Islamic culture. Between 1324 and 1325 he migrated from Mali To Mecca(Saudi arab)[a holy Place of worship of Muslims] with 60000 people who all wearing richliy decorative fabrics brocaded and 12000 slaves in number each of them carrying 1.8kg(4lbs) of Gold bars. All procession was being provided all necessities from Musa including all men and animal inventory of 80 camels loading with arround about 150 kg of gold dusts and bars. On his leading route to Mecca including different cities cairo Madina he made all the gold in charity to poors. In an Islamic cultural growth and awareness on every friday he started the construction of a new Masjid and personally look after all works. However due to, Musa's generous work in gold charity make the metal more valueless that inadvertently play a role of devastating the all region economies of all the the areas on his leading routes. Over the next few decades trade in gold badly effected in large cities of Mecca Madina and Cairo.Sudden Gold influx draw an inflation on prices on goods and wares greatly .

To rectify the gold market, on his way back from Mecca, Musa borrowed all the gold he could carry from money-lenders in Cairo at high interest. This is the only time recorded in history that one man directly controlled the price of gold in the Mediterranean.
