Oh I reckon everyone knows a Ray, @minismallholding, and I hope I captured that Australian character of him well.... I agree, physical work can just take you out of yourself. Relying on muscles, bones, breath. There's something quite zen about it! At the moment I'm actually in front of fire with a book and my muscles hurt, but Jamie's tapping away at something in the shed - his landrover I expect. Keeps him out of trouble, and in sanity!
