The project will continue to move forward on Hive and there is no need to do anything.
The upvotes will also continue on Steem (if it remains technically possible) but we are no longer moving on to higher levels. It is also possible to opt out there and claim your stake back which will also remove the steem upvotes. This option to claim your steem back will remain available.
