Zama Bu, the role is to stabilize the foundation, through the stability of the triangle to complete, and take a long time to train a movement.

In China, the training time of Zha Ma Bu is a Bingxiang time, and the time of Bingxiang is about 25-30 minutes under normal conditions.

Zhamabu begins with the endurance and strength of the legs, and then the stability of the lower half of the body is achieved through the stability of the developed powerful legs + triangles.

Zama trot has the same exercise effect as squatting, and it can play a very good role in the exercise of the whole body muscles. However, the difficulty of the trot is relatively more difficult. The trot can be divided into two parts: the horizontal trot and the stake trot. The former is simple, while the latter is difficult.

The horse-riding step on the stake is called "staking". During the whole process, if the trainer does not persist, he will fall off the stake. But the effect of such a trot is very good, because people in the face of danger, often when the potential explosion.

Only with stable basic skills can we learn good kungfu.

训练者需要双脚并拢站好,然后双手伸直,手掌向上,然后握拳,迅速收于腰间。然后双腿迅速分开,再然后迅速半蹲,这一步有点像深蹲。

半蹲之后,一直保持着这个姿势不动,直到一炷香的时间过去了才可以动。刚开始的时候,整个过程相当的难受,没过多久你的双腿就会觉得非常的酸。

但是再酸也得坚持,差不多一个星期之后,这种酸酸的感觉就会没有了。这和刚开始进行很多的体育运动是一样的,都会发生这样的情况。

扎马步,作为功夫的基本功,作用真的非常的重要。在功夫的较量中,如果根基不稳的话,一旦别人攻击你的腿,你会很容易倒下。因为功夫的一招一式发力都非常大,稳定的根基不仅是为了防守,也是为了支撑功夫的招式。

扎马步刚开始锻炼的是腿部的忍耐性和力量型,然后下半身的稳定性是通过发达有力量的腿部+三角形的稳定性来来完成的。

扎马步具有着同深蹲一样的运动效果,对于全身肌肉的锻炼能起到很好的作用。而扎马步的难度相对而言要难些,扎马步分为平面上的扎马步和木桩上的扎马步,前者简单,后者困难。

木桩上的扎马步称为“扎桩”,整个过程,训练的人如果不坚持住,是会从木桩上掉下来的。但是这样的扎马步效果却非常的好,因为人们在面对危险的时候,往往也是潜能爆发的时候。

只有拥有稳定的基本功才能学到好的功夫。
