Parent is a caregiver of the issue in their own kind. In humans a parent is the warden of a child. A biologic parent is a person whose gamete produced in a child. A male through the sperm and a female through the egg cell. A female can also become a parent through surrogacy. Few parents may be adoptive parents who teaching and raise an issue. But are not actually biologically connected to the child.
