It is OK to post pictures from other sites but you haven't made it clear that you didn't take the picture yourself. You must say where you got it or it is considered plagiarism. You can get flagged for plagiarism which will lower your reputation and will make your posts and comments invisible so people won't see them or someone maybe will report you to @cheetabot or @steemclean and you will have a hard time getting off their list. Many people flag posts that @cheetabot and @steemcleaner determines are plagerized.

To not plagiarize you can tell where you got the picture directly, for example:
http://www.pictaram.life/post/1647066517432642275_3534834279

or you reference it by using a text link (the code looks like this):
<a href="http://www.pictaram.life/post/1647066517432642275_3534834279">Macaws</a>
On your post it will look like this:
Macaws

or you can make the picture a clickable link (the code looks like this):
<a href="http://www.pictaram.life/post/1647066517432642275_3534834279"><img src="https://scontent.cdninstagram.com/t51.2885-15/s640x640/sh0.08/e35/23498474_777908292397558_1572382192716218368_n.jpg"></img></a>
Which looks like this on your post:

The href address is the site address where you find the picture. To get the 'img src' address, put your cursor over the picture you want on your blog and right-click. Select 'copy image address'. You can now paste the address that your computer copied to your clipboard into your code.
