A world of repeaters

in #partiko5 years ago

We as a society tend to repeat not only what we hear but what resonates true with us.
Even though we have no prior knowledge or in depth insight into a subject or situation, we still have this unseen urge to put in a so called two cents or repeat something we heard as if it were absolute certainty.
At the end of the day people tend to repeat what they feel is going to be the popular responce.
So we end up becoming silent about alot of things, especially if our views or opinions differ from the popular consensus.
We all have the urge to want to participate, to be part of the conversation and a view not popular or controversial to the populace can have a isolating conclusion.

So what is the solution?

I propose, we start studying on the ideals and areas we hold conflicting opinions to better present a more profound case.
This will better present an alternative view in a more meaningful dialogue.

Quick note: expect to be shut down and possibly ridiculed for a non popular view.

It is sad yet true that those not ready with convection of their view will immediately turn to mockery or demeaning behavior as a responce to another questing their parroting.
