But the short list would be, using a carrier to intimidate, hate speech, slander and libel.

If you are okay with being a portal for crime to be committed then I have no idea what to say about that.
There is the information you desired.
Libel is printing a false accusation of a crime, as in stating on an immutable blockchain that someone made threats and encouraged self harm when it is clear that no threats or recommendations to self harm were made on that thread.
Insults are awful, but they are not threats and they are not libel.
Also, I hope you will seriously consider the meaning of those words as well as the phrase "hate speech" before using them in an appeal to authority to shut people down. "Hate speech" has become nothing more than a euphemism for "wrongthink" and a tool for the powerful to shut down aberrant thought. Each time you encourage censorship to stop yourself from feeling uncomfortable or to avoid dealing with unpleasant people yourself, you make it that much easier for these technologies to be misused.
