We arrived our destination at Kota Kinabalu from Taiwan via Kuala Lumpur. It was a long trip including the layover. However, it was good to be safely reaching our home. But we didn’t get our checked in luggages when we reached Kota Kinabalu. Indeed, the whole group from Taiwan didn’t get the checked in luggages.
That was not my first experience. After making the report to the officer at the airport, we went home. As we were already back to home, we didn’t bother too much about the delayed luggages. But my wife made a worthwhile about the checked in items. If there are items which cannot be placed too long inside the checked in luggage, there would be a problem. What she meant was food unsuitable to be kept in luggage for too long. Certainly, when we check in any luggage, we should avoid putting such items in our luggage.
This morning I was awakened by a phone call about our delayed luggages. They asked for our exact residential address. We happily got our delayed luggages being sent to our residence.
我们从台湾经吉隆坡抵达哥打京那巴鲁；这次行程包括侯机时间颇长。然而，能够安全抵达自己的家还是要心存感激。当我们到达哥打京那巴鲁机场时，我们没有拿到托运的行李；而事实上，来自台湾的乘客都没有及时拿到行李。
这已经不是我的第一次经历。向机场工作人员呈报倘未收到托运行李後，我们便囘家，由于我们可以回到家，我们便没有太多去关注延迟的行李。我的妻子向我提及托运物品，她说如果在托运行李箱内有不能放置太久的物品，行李不能及时运抵便会出现问题。她的意思是食物不适合长时间放在行李箱里。的确，当我们办理行李托运时，我们应该避免将有时间性的食物放入托运行李箱。
今天早上，我被一个关于延迟行李的电话吵醒了。他们问及我们的住址以便发送延迟的行李；我们高兴地在家中收到了延迟的行李。
