Ingredients

8 tablespoon non-salty butter
1 sugar cup
1 honey cup
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon of orange juice
Peel 1 orange
3 cups of milk
2 tbsp dry or fresh lavender flowers
Half a cup of semolina
2 large egg
450 g of fillet dough, ready

How to prepare

Place the butter in a small pan and pour it over medium heat until bubbles form. Remove them from the fire and cool it for 2 - 3 minutes.
Using a spoon, carefully scrape the milky foam on the face of the butter, and discard them. Carefully pour the skimmed butter in another bowl, leave behind the solid pieces of milk and discard them, then leave the resulting butter aside.

To prepare the diameter:

Place half a cup of sugar and half a glass of water in a small skillet. Kinetic honey with them. And I will leave them to work. Stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove the mixture from the fire, stir with lemon juice, orange and peel, and let it cool.

Heat the milk in a medium skillet until it is too hot to boil. Add the lavender, cover and leave for 20 minutes. Wash it and bring it to the pan.
Mix with half a cup of sugar and semolina, stirring with a wooden spoon until it thickens and becomes creamy for 8-10 minutes. Keep away from the fire and a little cold.
Beat the eggs by hand or with e-mail until it becomes pale and creamy, for about 2 - 3 minutes. Quickly pour the eggs into the semolina mixture, stirring constantly. Allow the mixture to cool before mixing the candy.
Place 8 slices of pastry in the oven dish. Add the butter between each mixture. Leave the flour on top of the dish. Add the mixture of semolina over the fillet, then add 6 slices of fillet, and add to the dough. Fold the fillet and butter face. 2 chip the filo and stir them in a bowl with a little butter until they cover, and sprinkle them on the face.
Bake the dish until it browns the face and settle the filling, for 50 - 1 hours. Remove from the oven, and immediately pour cup of cooled water over the face, making sure to distribute it evenly, leaving it cool.
