15 year old Shemar had to forcefully pull away from his teacher at Eisenhower, when she encroached upon his personal space.

Disgusted with police brutality videos, constantly bombarding his cell phone through social media, Shemar refused to stand for the pledge on August 26th. When his patriotic teacher asked him why he wasn't standing, he sincerely replied "America Sucks.

His mother Kelley Porter Turner, who never taught her son to disrespect America, is now yanking her son out of the school, amid falling grades, bullying and name calling after Shemar's peaceful protest.

Chicago Tribune -- No one is trying to pick a fight or make Eisenhower look like some horrifying school — although they've done that for themselves — but it's about the truth," she said. "It's about the truth and what's right and what's legal, and that's all it really is.'

Shemar also was uninterested in participating in the pledge, during his freshman year, but met no opposition from his educators. It was only when San Francisco 49ers back up quarterback Colin Kaepernick grabbed national headlines, did it become an issue for the struggling student.
