We do our best to try and keep things positive. With a positive mindset and continuing to work towards a common goal of making this a better place for newbies the issues don't seem as big. The ones that dwell on what could be, what was, and so forth tend to create a lot of stress for themselves. Much better uses of energy then always focusing on what is wrong when there still is a lot that is right.
