I am proud and happy to update that one of my featured blogger 15 days ago, his day 1 has grown tremendously and his reputation score is at 45.2 on day 15. This is a recent blog:

https://steemit.com/cn/@coder-bts/gqnzm-or

He is a star already and I am glad that I found him and featured him on day 1.

Please check out his blogs and congratulate him. Perhaps, he is ready to help other steemians grow and gain recognition.

:D Thank you! Yes, I think I am ready to help other Steemians and I've been always keeping an eye on those new comers.

That is such a wonderful attitude to have @coder-bts! If everyone behaved as you do, imagine what a spectacular place this could be! Congratulations on your success, and more importantly, on who you are as a person ;)

Congrats on your early success. Hope that you continue your growth on steemit and give the contest a try!

Thanks for your recognition! I will keep a hard work and learn new things!

I hope people, especially newbies, do visit the blogs on his @coder-bts profile, including the one that he was interviewed.
Perhaps we can all learn something from this young man and future star!

Only hard part for many of us mere mortals is only being able to read English. Would love if there was a translation on the posts, but know that involves so much more effort to write something twice and don't' expect it.

Good point!

I do realize that it (translation) is or can be difficult - for example, I have mentioned the philosophical post that I decided to not translate for the blogger who I did include.

Also, Chinese can be a difficult language to understand and to translate because there are words and phrases that do not have an equivalent translation to another language.

For those who would venture into learning Chinese, you might use google translate:
https://translate.google.com/
or, just google the text with the word "translate".

I use google Chrome and it will also translate the entire page from the browser.

But, your are right that even with these tools, the translations will not be 100% or even 80% in most cases and still require the language skills of the source to make corrections and adjustments to the translation.

If anyone wish to get or spread the inside story about China, stories that you will not find in the commercial media or channels, then making an effort to translate them.

It has opened my eyes and has also been rewarding to discover talents such as those featured. I hope that they will also make an effort to translate some of their posts so as to reach a wider audience.

That's incredible for @coder-bts and thank you for your kindness and pay it forward attitude...you certainly contributed to that success :)

I am confident that with the talents, the credibility and his great attitude, that @coder-bts could be instrumental in bringing in many more talented newbie steemians.

Wonderful! And it's exactly that kind of caliber that is so welcomed here :)

Very cool to look back and see the results like that! Hope that over time we have some great success stories to share and as those featured become success stories they join in the fun and help feature other new bloggers. It can keep going full circle!
