I think this is a wonderful idea @thedarkhorse. It is well thought out and I love the idea of encouraging quality work and also for those needing support along the way. This contest should promote a strong community vibe and I will spend some time choosing who I would like to do a review on and also search for someone new to encourage. Love your commitment to this initiative my friend.
