This is my SEVENTH and FINAL entry in to the joint contest currently being run by @erikah and @photocircle. I have now contributed to all seven categories! YAY! Thanks to @eoj for encouraging me to participate and of course many thanks to both @erikah and @photocircle for running this contest!
I remember this day well. @eoj and I were both very excited to finally get to see the Taj Mahal in Agra, India. We were instructed to get up before 5 am to start to make our way from the hotel in order to line up to enter the Taj Mahal compound. We arrived at the gate and the queue was already very long. After 40 minutes of waiting we were able to enter. Just as the morning sun began to burn through the fog, the lamp posts that light up the Taj Mahal grounds were being switched off. We could have gone any time of the day but coming there in the early morning turned out to be a great decision. We were able to enjoy relatively uncrowded conditions in one of the world's most famous tourist attractions.
