UPDATE: I found the cause of the framerate issue I was having. The CPU Governor in SystemD was reset during its last update. Once I made the necessary adjustment, the fps increased by 20% and has yet to drop below 200 with all the good stuff turned on and maxed out :)

There is no issue with the post but we thought we'd just share some information.
