Login with Hive Auth
- To use this option you will need to install and setup Hive Keychain
Open your favourite browser and go to Peakd.com
Click on the arrow to get to the login options.
You want to use Hive Auth. Enter your username.
Click to login. No need to enter your keys as it will connect with Hive Keychain.
QR code will open. You can scan it if you use Keychain on some other device. If keychain is on the phone you are using to login on PeakD, just TAP the QR code.
Pop-up will ask you to star Hive Keychain. Click OK
Approve your login. You can pick how long the connection will be opened.
You are now logged in and can start using PeakD.
Browse through content.
First time you do an action (vote, comment...) you will need to approve the transaction in keychain. You can select "Do not prompt..." so you can vote and comment till the end of the session without confirming them with keychain.
From my short experience of using Hive Auth option for phones i think all Hive apps should have this option to login and use Hive 😁
This is a good idea but not all apps using it. And during the few last days my favorite app are glitching or some buttons are out of function on some websites. Anyways no idea what is causing it. I hope it's not some creepy shit 😂 I'm not in mood to clean my PC
I am a PC guy overall and use a phone only when i have to. Circimtenses got me on my phone a lot last few weeks so i got to use Hive Auth for logging and with all the previous xp with all other ways of log in i must say this is great :D
Didn't notice any buttons not working, so maybe the PC cleaning is needed :)
