sorry I didnt realise you where looking for a gui. so there is no gui wallet available at all yet. that witness process does also allow you to simply create an account. but if you check out here https://595-dev.pixelplex.by/#/login you can make yourself an account and you can also buy peerplays on bitshares and hold the peerplays in your bitshares wallet.
