Autoxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids and esters (PUFAs) and sterols, a process known as lipid peroxidation, has attracted research attention over the last few decades due to its involvement in the pathophysiology of common diseases.

Subtilis & Oyster are technically Extremophiles, they have adapted far beyond the rest of their species.

CLA is found in the meat and milk fat (cheese, butter, and dairy products) of ruminant animals. A ruminant is an animal with a rumen in the gut, and here the grass sits after consumption to be fermented by the important friendly bacteria in the cows’ microbiome. This fermentation produces CLA.
