Tuesday thinking

in #people6 years ago

Just read a piece that spoke of thinking and or the fact that people just don't anymore. Who are you really, where are you in life right now, where have you been, where do you want to be and what will you do to get there?

Some good questions and yes, it involves thinking. Are you happy with who you are or do create a persona that you believe others will like better? That sounds like bloody hard work if you ask me. All that pretend maust take a lot of remembering and worry about what happens when the truth comes out. What makes the people you're pretending to so much better than you that you have to distort who you are just to fit in with them? Well in my mind there can't be anyone good enough for me to that. I am who and what I am.

I'm not rich, I'm not the best looking guy out, not the best built, not a lot of things. Hell I'm 45 years old and I've done a lot, let me rephrase, life forced me to deal with a lot and It taught me not to be overconfident and arrogant because shit will happen when you get a little ahead of yourself. I like having a good laugh and making others laugh even if it is at my own expense. The world we live in is supposed to be getting better, but it's not. We do less thinking and caring and are allowing our newer generations to become lazier by the new year with more demands of free stuff all the time.

Stop, pause, think, be yourself and while you're at it try be a little kind. Oh, except to people who hurt others for selfish gain. Think on your future and while the market is slow and quiet, pump your steemit posts, cryptocurrencies go down, but hell man you know they go back up again and some like steem will do so with a bang. Are you going to be part of the bang or just follow a crowd of sheep of to a quiet resting place from where they will regret not keeping at it when it mattered?
