Cops in Provo been defunded? No?

So, cops don't prevent crimes like the one Tim Pool discusses. In fact, cops don't prevent crimes at all. Cops come after survivors of crimes call them, or someone discovers a body, take a report, and at best go out and catch the criminal. This all happens after the crime has been committed.

This is why rich people have private security, who actually do prevent their employers from being victimized by criminals. Cops don't do that - and can't.

In fact, the mere existence of cops causes crime. People think that cops do protect them from crime, and don't arm themselves to protect themselves against crime. The more cops there are, the more defenseless people that think cops protect them become, and the more defenseless victims there are. Defenseless victims are the prey criminals require to commit crimes against. The more defenseless victims are available, the more criminals are encouraged to commit crimes.

So, I disagree with Tim Pool. We don't need cops. We need to be armed and protect ourselves from criminals. The more people arm themselves, the fewer defenseless victims are available, and the fewer criminals are encouraged to commit crimes. Those that still do seek to commit crimes are more often prevented by armed civilians from succeeding, and some of them get shot, and many get arrested by armed civilians when facing the choice between being shot or being arrested. Overall, not only do fewer criminals even attempt to commit crimes when populations are largely armed, far fewer of those that do succeed, and many more are killed or injured when they try.

Crimes are prevented when civilians defend themselves, unlike when they are provided police services.

Cops cause crime, and it's time we put an end to cops and criminals by defending ourselves instead of being defenseless.

Thanks!
