My first day in the farm, I waited a lot for this day. I will talk about why later, there are a lot feelings evolved, I need some time to breath in and breath out before I start writing.
Before I start, I already contacted a company to drill for water, I'm still waiting for the license after more than one month since I did the request. It should be faster but it's holiday season (July / August).
When I bought the land I was lucky because the previous owner left some rubble, trash and wood (mainly from olives, cork tress and pines).
I started the afternoon with the idea of marking the olive trees branches without fruit so I could cut them easily during spring (the correct season for that procedure). I noticed there was lot of fallen branches and lumber in the ground from the previous owner. I decided to change my plan and collect wood instead, since rain will start in September/October.
I noticed the road was a bit damaged due to rain erosion, I collected the best pieces of rubble so I can fix the road in the future. I still need to contact my neighbor since I share the road with him.

From the wood I collected, there's big wood and small wood. I'm not sure what I will do with the small wood but cutting it into wood chips seems a bit overwhelming. There are wood chippers staring from 2500 W/h but I don't have electricity yet.

I'm resting a bit after an exciting afternoon, I worked a lot with pleasure because it was the first day, tomorrow I will continue. There's no need to rush, I have plenty of stuff to do and also time to rest.
Hi, @hdlrocha I am @jcrodriguez from the @OCD team, we've seen that you've already published your first post here on Hive!
However, ideally you should make a post post to introduce yourself to the community. As an example of what an introduction post is, you can check this introduction post as a reference:
Keeping Up With the Buzz - My Introduction to the Hive Community
There's no specific format on how you do your intro post, but there is some suggested content that we would love to see in your post. Information like who are you and where you're from, how did you discover Hive or who invited you, what types of content you want to see here and the types that you want to produce, and what are your expectations in this platform. There's no pressure on this. You can choose whatever information you would like to share.
