Is there any support kind of stuff we have on Steemit. My $12 SBD put to convert in to STEEM are no longer appearing in my account which was suppose to be converted by now( it's 4th day Today). Any help on this.

edit: ok i gather it's the convert function in wallet that take 3.5 days. it's weird.
