In the abstract of this paper show that
The data collected from 90 employee of the bank of askari
The data collected from the seven branches of Askari bank limited Peshawar Khyber pakhtunkhwa
The personality traits, the Extraversion and Openness to experience have significant positive correlations with job satisfaction 
While Neuroticim has strongly negative correlation
However no significant correlation of agreeableness and conscientiouness were found
Older employee are more satisfied than youngster employee
While married employee arw more satisfied than unmarried employee
Higher job salary employee are more satisfied than lower job salary.
