Morgan Super 3 - rendering from our configurator options

Morgan cars have been around and independent just about as long as the motorcar. Founded in 1910 by Henry Frederick Stanley Morgan, in Malvern, Worcestershire (actually the place I was born and spent my earliest years!). The very early cars had 3 wheels and a V-Twin engine which stuck out the front. These lived on for many decades in different forms, as an alternative to a motorcycle - they were somewhere in-between a car and a motorbike in one!

Morgan has a fascinating history, and from humble beginnings in affordable motoring to bespoke sports cars built with modern technology and materials today, there is a lot to explore and find about this quintessential and highly iconic British sports car.

Today's story is one of an online journey. Many manufacture brands let you spec out a vehicle on their websites, however one day reading about the brand new Super 3 found us on the this Morgan Configurator. From here you can design your very own Super 3 in every detail, and export a set of photos and a build document completely without obligation! Your own design is even given a special build sheet and kept by Morgan cars so you never know, find yourself flush with enough Bitcoin and you can just order it for real.

All in all, a great one for petrolheads on a rainy day and a digital asset for your fantasy garage! It may not be an NFT, however it may as well be as your combination is fairly certain to be as unique as a winning lottery ticket - there are so many choices and options you can make. Really great fun.

Without further ado, let's have a look at what we came up with. Next one might have to be a NewtonClassics design - perhaps with more crypto logos also :)

As you see in the opening shot we went for some interesting and eye catching metallic colors. A deep ruby wine red with copper/gold effect on the sides

Those gold side panniers include fixtures for adding luggage and other accessories. There is also a luggage rack available which goes on the tail area. For this design I removed these as 'later add ons' to focus on a clean look

All of the graphics and stickers are optional, and also come in a variety of schemes/outlines. In addition the wheels, lights, extra lights, windshield, roll hoops are all customizable and hand picked in this example

I've gone for a fairly conservative, yet still funky look. What will you come out with? Try it out at https://configure.morgan-motor.com/super-3

Build your own!

All got me thinking how cool it would be to turn this into some NFT creation tool for Morgan. Hope you enjoyed this and maybe will have a go yourself and come up with something totally wild! Thanks for reading and looking forwards to the next one - tomorrow a collection of classic cars at a cafe in Pattaya, Thailand.
