I hadn't heard of lefse but it looks like something I'm going to have to try and looks easy enough to make and sounds tasty! Chicken and dumplings hey? Your grandma sounds like she was made of stern stuff, just casually handling boiling hot chicken to "see if it was ready"?! Haha, no fear!
Klub is another dish I've not heard of but sounds like something I'd like too, big fan of potatoes here!
