Hello Steemians!!!
Today, I made an omelette sandwich and decided to share it to you guys! I got this recipe from ChefClub Uk as I was scrolling my facebook feed. It was so simple yet very unique that it made me want to try it and so I did! Now, let me show you how I made this dish.
Here's what you will need:
- Loaf of Bread
- 2 eggs
- salt & black pepper
- Onion
- Spring onion
- tomato
- ham (optional)
- cooking oil or butter
Procedure
- Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and pepper then start beating.
- Chop the tomato, onion and ham into small cubes.
- Start heating the pan and make sure that the pan is not too hot. Then add a little bit of butter.
- Place your chopped ingredients on the pan to start the sautéing process.
- Make square holes on your sliced bread and place it on the pan making sure that the chopped ingredients fit in the hole.
- Cover the hole with the square piece of the sliced bread.
- Fry it for 2 mins and gently flip it over.
- Slide your omelette on a plate and ready to be serve.
Now, you can make your own Omelette-In-A-Hole with 8 easy steps. The best thing is, I did try it in a very cost effective way so there is no reason for you not to try it :)
