Uncivilized and annoying maybe, but ruthless? I'd thread lighter than that. 😉
My English is not really so good, so I am not sure if the word "ruthless" is the best term for what I mean (it's maybe too strong or just wrong), but I think forcing others to listen to one's own conversations shows at least a high degree of ignorance and bad behaviour.
Yes, ruthless is a bit strong word for me but yes, I get what you mean.
